Megan Stewart is an innovative creative who aims to reconstruct traditional design processes. After studying fashion design with a minor in entrepreneurship and small business, she is inspired to continue to explore alternative techniques and fabric manipulation within the fashion industry. Megan designs with the themes of humour and play, choosing to create tactile garments that engage with the wearer. She aims to continue to explore innovative processes within design.

DAILY SHOW

Inspired by modern television culture, Daily Show aims to twist traditional silhouettes. Using alternative pattern making techniques, the collection consists of draped Tetris shaped patterns, which create warped and glitch-like forms. Reflecting the disconnect between reality and mind-numbing dullness by a habit of spending entire evenings glued to the television set. Combined with warped prints and a knitted textile Daily Show creates a feeling of intrigue and humor.
