I work directly on the mannequin, letting myself be carried away by the shape that I’m creating, without having a predetermined idea at the beginning.
Once I have i figure it out, I use it as a guide to recreate a few more pieces similar to the original one.
The process is handmade, and I myself cut and assemble each of the pieces, which are very limited. As a designer, it seems important to me to seek to reduce the environmental impact generated by the textile industry, making special, unique garments, with noble materials, that claim the value of craftsmanship, and promote conscious consumption in whoever wears them.
Currently, I seek to expand my knowledge in different areas of the fashion world. That's why I have taken three courses at Central Saint Martins, London, on Fashion Styling, Modern Art History and Art Direction for Fashion.
