M O R G A N E D A V I E S is a Paris-based Womenswear AND ACCESSORIES designer who graduated from the University of Wesminster in London in 2017.
Originally born in Belgium to French parents, Morgane moved to London to study and gained experience at Louis Vuitton, Chalayan and Carven and recently at Maje. She now currently works as a freelance shoe designer for brands such as Chloé, Acne Studios, Tod's and Lanvin.

Her work is about an obsession with functional detailing, intricate shape, material and conceptuality. Morgane takes inspiration from men's details found on military/source garment which she then translates into a womenswear wardrobe.

Fragmentation: the process or state of breaking or being broken into fragments.

Slicing, cutting, folding, crushing, pleating, distorting, displaced, torn up.
Inspired by the artist Arman slicing photographs, Rocked hand by Dennis Oppenheim, David Hockney overlapped pictures or Jiri Kolar collaged artworks, the collection explores fragments preserving human memories through the use of authenticity of found garments.
