lucia olaru brand was born in bucharest, romania, in 2017, after graduading the fashion institute of bucharest.
mostely a self taught designer and artist, i have launched my project with a lot of enthusiasm and confidence that what i create is unique and has a great design quality.
my brand signature are my prints that i draw almost for every collection.
in june 2019 i have started to participare in fairs in europe and usa, also: june 2019 pure london, march 2020 tranoi, september 2020 cotery new york.
in 2020 i have won qreator competion in bucharest and had a collection designed especially for iqos.
our showroom is based in bucharest and we ship world wide; most of our sales come from romania and usa.

everyday we get dressed and put on a "face" that we think goes well with our outfit. We believe that we need to face the world considering all external circumstances that suppress our inner self: social media, friends, co-workers, family, neighboors.
But we don't really have to do that, we need to wear ourselves and be natural and comfortable in our own chosen outfits.
that is why i have chosen to draw the faces with closed eyes on the fabrics so we can wear ouselves out there with pride and confidence and faith.
