“TRANS-HUMANZA” is a genderless collection that combine a non-existent reality with an hyper personal existence .The project is rooted in the analysis of two elements, such as, Abruzzo and the work ‘’We walked the Earth’’ by Uffe Isolotto. Starting with Isolotto’s sculpture-centaur, characterized by a strong dualism between mythological aesthetics and human behavior, the collection turns to represent a non-binary hybrid that inhabits and is influenced by Abruzzo and its rural culture. Curved silhouettes,handmade fabrics, photographic prints and traditional patterns are the key elements for the narrative of the entire collection. An union between technical and aseptic clothing and typical elements of Abruzzo's tradition. The collection represents a path of personal exploration into an ancestral reality that goes to investigate both the memories of a tradition now abandoned and the subject and its gender identity, where it explores a non-binary vision of the self, showing a gender identity and fluidity that is not relegated to the dichotomy of man/ woman.
