Museum Objects is an immersive, sensory collection that interrogates the confines of conventional observation of fashion in the museum. Playfully intersecting fashion and haptics, this collection integrates unexpected, non fashion materials to challenge the dissociative gaze that often pervades museum spaces. The collection merges wearable water and beanbags with technical knitwear fabrications to take you on immersive sensory journey, inviting indiviDuals to interact with fashion artefacts in novel ways. With a focus on compression, stretch, movement, sound, comfort and playfulness, Museum Objects is a dissolution of museum apathy.

The advanced knitwear techniques and digital print processes create lenticular textiles that demand to be experienced rather than passively observed. Through a highly digital material language, this collection transcends the traditional boundaries of fashion exhibitions, offering a dynamic and participatory encounter with fashion artefacts to spark a redefinition of the viewer’s role. Acts of stretching, shifting weight and compressing, initiates an active dialogue between the garments and wearer.
