My name is Lien Hereijgers. After graduating as a textile designer in 2009 and complete an education in jewellery design and goldsmith, I launched my eponymous jewellery label.

The jewels are a self-directed expression of my unique and multi-faceted creative abilities. Rather than following the trends of the the market, the designs are the result of endless material exploration accompanied by unexpected production techniques. I pay great attention to every single detail, and the emphasis is always on innovation. As a result, the jewels are a surprising and colorful ode to individuality, and delightful to wear and own.

Prima Materia

Prima Materia,
A nod to the alchemical metaphor; the change of base materials in noble materials.

A fascination with the earth’s minerals and a hunt for prized examples of geology’s endless variety were the nature-inspired starting point for Prima Materia. During an experimental search for fascinating materials, composites were found to be the perfect material for this collection. In fact, composite materials are everyday materials that were turned into vibrant, beautifully crafted jewellery. Lien’s lasting love for colour is shown throughout the collection with each piece of composite cast by hand and each colour mixed individually.
