LEE REINA

London based designer, Leanne Beckford established label LEE REINA in 2015 after graduating from the University of East London where she showcased her graduate collection at Graduate Fashion Week in London’s Truman Brewery in 2014.
Before launching LEE REINA, Leanne worked for designers Nasir Mazhar and Christopher Shannon where she continued to explore her love and develop her skills of pattern cutting and learning the trade.

LEE REINA is a contemporary womenswear label that is inspired by confident, independent and determined women whom embody the 'tomboy' culture while exuding sex appeal. LEE REINA illustrates women in roles often associated with men. Oversized, utility proportions and bold silhouettes in uniformed two pieces and boiler suits that are often combined with flirty, handcrafted ruffles and pleats. The label is influenced by Leanne's upbringing within London's urban culture, travel, old skool Hip Hop and R&B, family values and modern art and architecture.
