Born in London to Korean/Chinese-Malaysian parents, Grace Kwon is a Womenswear designer who melds bold, yet balanced silhouettes with experimental colour, print and textile designs. Her transcultural upbringing developed a curiosity in heritage, history, and communities - an intrinsic element to her research and design practice. Her previous work experience includes Underage (London), LIE (Seoul) and independent tailoring studios.

GODSPEED SS23

Grace Kwon's debut collection 'Godspeed' began in a time of mourning, with inspirations emerging from burning joss paper at Chinese Buddhist funerals, billowing Victorian mourning dresses, and traditional Korean death rituals.

Modern, bold, flowing silhouettes in regal tones form dramatic, covetable pieces that rejoice in the promise of life lived to the full.
