I founded my label, Keungzai, in 2011 in response to my personal futile search for stylish clothing to wear during and after pregnancy. With past experience in the fast-fashion world, buying, PR and marketing – I set out to create a brand that delivered affordable luxury; timeless, investment pieces with a modern twist for style-savvy women, mothers and mums-to-be. The collection is designed and made in the UK.

Keungzai has been trading since 2012 through its online store and now wholesales to independent boutiques internationally within the UK, Hong Kong, UAE, France and USA.

Keungzai’s signature modern luxe aesthetic evolves with intricate twist and drape details; ruched finishes, asymmetric cuts and achingly cool must-have separates.

Michelle Lee sought inspiration from exotic birds; from peacocks to cockatoos, resulting in vibrant yet subtle gradients of clear white transcending into jade green; insertions of bold French navy and exotic teal. Affordable luxury is key with the introduction of pure crepe de chine silk qualities juxtaposed against her signature super soft modal jersey pieces.
