(Concept-Object-Meaning) at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague (AAAD Prague), where she successfully graduated in 2011 with genuine jewelry collection “What I Found Behind the Mirror”. During her studies, she passed a fellowship to Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava and to Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú in Lima.

Since 2011, she has presented her jewelry work under her Karla label. Currently Karla defends the architectural quality of art jewellery. In her work she usually expresses by the geometrical language, kinetic variability and architectural principles.
The key role is the poetics of jewellery itself. She uses wood, veneer, rubber, concrete and polystyrene because these materials have strong expressional potential for her.

She was awarded Marzee Graduate Prize 2011 by the Marzee Gallery in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. Her collection was also chosen for Schmuck 2012 and Schmuck 2015, an international contemporary jewellery show in Munich, and for LOOT, an annual exhibition of contemporary jewellery hosted by the Museum of Arts and Design in New York.

Some pieces of her jewelry are in a private collection in Vienna, Hamburg, New York, Bratislava and Museum of Decorative Arts in Prague.
