Kalikas Armour is a luxurious British Fashion Label specialising in high-quality conceptual design and bespoke, made to measure pieces with a unique aesthetic.
The brand was conceived by creative director, Jatin Patel, who trained at Kiad and UCA in Rochester with a MA Distinction in Fashion Design. Along with over 15 years experience in the fashion Industry, including showcasing RTW collections at the Royal Academy for London fashion week and at Pret a porter in Paris.
From the Atelier in Rochester, Kent, Jatin along with his talented team Cut and craft the finest garments for both Women and Men, creating to every individual desire. With style, sophistication and individuality at the core anything is possible from statement cocktail dresses, evening gowns and Bridal to razor sharp men’s tailoring.
The creations echo a timeless beauty and combine classic elegance embodying luxurious embellished fabrics and cloth with a hand-finished couture quality aliened with perfect fitting in harmony with individual body shapes and the skills in handcrafted tailoring.
Kalikas Armour offers a service from Design through to final production creating a completely bespoke garment to your exact specifications incorporating not only personal body shape and fit but also taste, lifestyle Personality and character ensuring that every piece is truly unique.
All special Occasions are catered for…..with a specialism for weddings where the total vision can be achieved, by Collaborating with the Bride and the groom along with their parties all outfits can be created to compliment and coordinate their theme. Bridal gowns are designed and created in discretion from the groom ensuring a complete surprise reveal on the special day. Complemented with Decadent Menswear, specialising in tailored jackets, waistcoats and shirts in opulent and luxurious fabrics detailed with distinctive finishing’s. Accessories can either be created or sourced from equally reputable companies ranging from jewellery to flower bouquets.
Clients can also select a design from the Archive Collection which can be modified to suit personal taste for any occasion. All consultations and fittings are carried out by Jatin and can be arranged in the studio or at the client’s residence, hotel or a location and time that is convenient to suit.
A longstanding reputation for design and manufacturing excellence coupled together with a friendly and relaxed approach have ensured many continuing commissions, Collaborations and projects with high profile clientele and companies.

British fashion brand Kalikas Armour partners with “Fashion for Conservation” with an exclusive Womenswear collection launched at the Rainforest Runway at Fashion Scout, on Sunday 18th February during LFW
Fashion for Conservation (FFC) launched their newest campaign in alliance with Kalikas Armour to protect rainforests as a catwalk featuring collections inspired by the Amazon rainforest.

FFC Partnered with The Whitley Fund for Nature [Trustee Sir David Attenborough & Patron HRH the Princess Royal], which has engaged the fashion community to become advocates and raise support for grassroots work around the world to protect the threatened habitats on which both wildlife and people depend on for food, water and life.
Jatin Patel, Creative Director of Kalikas Armour designed The Majestic Mystics Collection, an 11 look ensemble inspired by the very inhabitants of the Rainforests of the world. A juxtaposition of eclectic tribal cultures, nature, symbolism and the rainforest, translated into a range of statement opulent evening wear, floor length gowns, cocktail dresses, sharp tailored suits and jackets.
Realised through various textures of Velvet’s, tulles, luxurious Guipure Lace, Jacquards, sequin pailettes, hand appliqués, embellished with beads, jewels and Swarovski Crystals. A rich colour palette consisting of intense blacks, antique and temple gold’s accentuated with peacock blue’s and fire Red’s.
Adorned with regal peacock headdresses and tribal ornaments, Channelling the essence of tribalism and celebrating the femininity, strength, power and mysticism of modern womanhood….

Kalikas Armour has now engaged in a long-term relationship with FFC and its core aims and objectives through fashion and creativity and will be showcasing at the FFC Gala show in Seattle in June 2018 and at Paris Fashion week in September 2018.
The collection is now available for private orders along with wholesale and to stylists, press and editorial campaigns. Kalikas Armour and Jatin Patel is open to collaboration and partnership opportunities.
