Judit Takacs is a young Hungarian designer who graduated
at Moholy-Nagy Art University in 2010. In the same year,
she created her own brand - Judit Takács - which aims
primarily to design special leather accessories. Her items
are easily recognizable from their unique look, building
upon the use of special materials, simple shapes and the
perfect combination of bright, pure colours. All products are
hand-made and combine the highest quality standards with
unique style. Different kind of shoes and boots, male and
female (hand)bags and belts can be found in her portfolio.

Lookbook 2014/15 FW

The designer’s new autumn-winter collection has the name of the ’Coded Patterns’ referring to the morse patterns coded into each piece. The morse codes reflect the key words of inspiration. All this helps to better know the products when interpretting the codes.

Unlined clutch and tote are key pieces of the collection, where the material is completely accessible and we can touch the raw part of the leather.
The designer paid attention to high quality in material usage /soft cow and goat leather/ as well as in finishing.
The collection includes softer and tighter, lined and unlined bags wearable in hand and on shoulder either, As a result of this everyone finds a version based on the requirements.
The pattern appears in a sophisticated way on the low-, high heeled ankle boots.

Playfulness, monocromity, rhythm and colour harmony have signage on the entire collection due to the unique laser etchwork.
Colour range embodies paled pink, the colour of forest berries, caramel, plain chocolate, black and golden. The golden accessories completely harmonize these basic colours.

In case of the lookbook images the story is about a spy woman, who is surrounded by the same mistery that hangs around the items. She knows the interpretation of the morse codes and can communicate with the bags. As a real transformable professional reflects on the hidden, plate tracery bulk of information. variability and detailed craftsmanship.
