[Re]construct is a collection that challenges the social construct of gender through androgynous modular designs, separating clothing from biological sex. It questions androgynous fashions concealment of the body to remove traditional gender connotations and its lack of individualisation, resulting in designs that incorporate convertible techniques to create detachable elements and alter fit. While providing various styling options within single garments, enabling the wearer autonomy in their androgynous dress, [Re]construct also encourages a practical, sustainable behaviour to confront fast-fashion.
