The impetus for this collection comes from the hypothesis of a dystopian world, in which humans dehumanize themselves through bio and nanotechnology. The main idea of this collection is to place the Post-Humain in the center of questions by the prism of the garment.
It questions the possibility of a body becoming standardized, which acquires a new Identity and develops a "post" vulnerability by glitch, computer bug and error now become the new scars of non-organic flesh.
The pieces in this collection oscillate between Art and Fashion, between armor and installation. They propose an experimental approach of materials and upcycling garments creating a third type of construction that varies between sewing and drapery techniques and propose a new way of adjusting and assembling.
The pieces are built in a space, denying the body beforehand to be grafted in afterwards.
Like a suit of armour for some, they are incorporated into the body to reveal it as the new costume of an individuality that has become Post-Human.
