HOYN clothes are comfortable, tactile and expressive. We explore the language of materials and how their uses can impact well-being. Fabrics are selected for their characteristics and contribution to the narrative of the collection. Drawing inspiration from English and French culture, we create a refined and relaxed style. Made in England and produced in limited runs.

Hoyn was founded in London late 2015, by French/English couple Manon Bournel-Bosson and Ricky Whybrow. Menswear offers new challenges for the pair, who have backgrounds in graphic design and engineering. They share an enthusiasm for working with materials and turning ideas into premium products. The label was formed to propose well-made clothes with distinctive features. The brand soon adopted the term “Tactile & Expressive” to describe its focus.

Inspired by the rich natural colours of Icelandic landscapes, the collection is both calming and vibrant. A custom dyed green wool, heavy cotton drill, waxed cotton and a luxurious jersey are the four core fabrics for Autumn/Winter 17. Throughout the collection, understated details wait to be discovered and flashes of colour repeat through the looks. Statement pieces are the padded waxed-cotton shorts, orange parka with contrasting pockets and the halo hooded jacket. The season is completed by a limited edition jacket cut from an Italian melange cloth, reminiscent of Iceland’s natural textures.
