“Elegance is the single most stylish and affordable item found in a woman’s closet; it fits all shapes and never becomes outdated.” - Ava Hashemi Being an U.A.E. – raised-Persian, Ava Hashemi has been endlessly exposed to Middle-Eastern culture, architecture and art; a culturally rich environment that has continuously served as the fuel and the utmost inspiration source behind her designs. House of Hâshé was born out of this culturally rich environment in June 2010, when Ava was 19, and has been recognized as expressive and timeless from that moment on. Initially carrying custom-made clutches, House of Hâshé has expanded to women’s-wear and accessories, exhibiting a modern spin on traditional elegance. All products symbolize the coming together of different cultures and unique perspectives, which is reflected in the hand-made aesthetic, unconventional shapes and striking attention to details including stones, studs and vintage brooches. Ava’s aim is to create a journey in which consumers are able to connect with the bold expression of House of Hâshé by highlighting the artistic starting points of her vision. “Shop the Concept” embodies the understanding that products are the result of a carefully designed process, encouraging one to comprehend Hâshé’s conceptual starting points that ultimately allow one to embrace all the steps taken in the design process. After being sponsored by Moët & Chandon in 2012, Ava was awarded “The Best Upcoming Fashion Designer in New England”, allowing her to launch House of Hâshé in Dubai, also known as the community responsible for her inspirations. Ever since, the brand is relentlessly expanding worldwide featuring designs in numerous fashion shows and cities around the globe with a recent relocation to North America. Navigating life by her ambitions, Ava empowers women to do the same.
