Gonzalo Guigou

Gonzalo Guigou was born in Mercedes, Uruguay.
He studied at "Escuela Universitaria Centro de Diseño" (Montevideo-Uruguay) and moved toward various areas of design since 2009.
His graduate collection "Tan simple, tan esencial " was published in leading international blogs and awarded in the Ibero American Design Biennial. Some of the most prominent publications:
- Diane Pernet, a Shaded View of Fashion (France)
- Fashion Radicals News (Colombia),
- Blogcouture (Uruguay).
- Dress Street (Chile).
In 2011 he was invited by MoWeek (Fashion Week in Uruguay) for the development of the institutional look of the summer 2012 season.
He served as a teacher in the course of pattern "Pattern Creative" in Medio Montevideo (School of design based in Montevideo).
He worked in the field of trend research, forming the team Trends Center (LATU) and Buenavista Consultants.
In 2012 he also launched the brand “Noble”, dedicated to the development of men's accessories.
