Owner Yana Golub is a stylist from Ukraine. Golub.udp / Golub Upcycled Denim Project was created in August 2016.
Designer was fascinated by the idea of giving a new life to the old denims. Want to prove that recycled clothes can be as good as latest podium collections with no environmental damage. Less consumerism and more consciousness that`s the main idea, kind of ECO- PUNK in fashion.
Every design exist exclusively only in one piece. It's means that even when we repeat items every next custom can't be absolutely identical. All designs are made of high-quality vintage materials like Levi’s and Lee, Wrangler.
Always keeping authentic sewing accessories as original accessories can tell us entire history of the denim. Golub.udp like to experiment a lot with rough cuts and tacky edges, metal fittings, chains, large eyelets, zippers. There is a rebellious spirit in a every detail.
