Found Thread is excited to release ℂ𝕆𝕃𝕃𝔼ℂ𝕋𝕀𝕆ℕ 𝕀𝕀, with fourteen new silk scarf designs.

The collection explores 𝕗𝕝𝕠𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕗𝕠𝕣𝕞𝕤 - uncovered and free. It is about 𝕕𝕦𝕒𝕝𝕚𝕥𝕪 and 𝕥𝕣𝕒𝕟𝕤𝕚𝕖𝕟𝕔𝕖, where bodies are mirrored and elements collide. Umbrellas act as lily pads, female forms are celebrated and figures charm.

Originally inspired by an old Japanese kimono book, and the misreading of the historical Geisha - 𝔾𝕖𝕚 (𝕒𝕣𝕥) 𝕤𝕙𝕒 (𝕡𝕖𝕣𝕤𝕠𝕟), Collection II developed into a celebration of the female form, ephemeral skies and theatricality.

The playful designs are printed onto luxurious silk satin with a variety of square and long scarves. All patterns originate from the designer, Mia de Las Casas’ hand drawings, where the effect of the drawn line is kept in the final prints.
When worn and tied, the silk scarves become ever-changing abstract forms.
