My name is Ewelina Czaplicka-Ruducha.
I am fashion Fashion Design student at the Fine Arts Academy, Warsaw.
In my work I often experiment with form. I would like to create on the interface between fashion and art.

Latest Collection

Polonauts

Collection "Polonauts" is inspired by a documentary about Zambia space mission https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M9Do3dz9TR0. When I start working on the collection, the refugees crisis began. I thought that their journey to central Europe - Poland, is as abstract as space odyssey.

The limit of fashion influence, a habit, transplantation into another culturally diverse land - it is what interesting me the most. The collection which I did, admittedly was inspired by Africa and the European way of combining elements (some kind of recycling?), however, it is very much rooted in the Polish context. It is as if African has prepared to the conditions prevailing in Poland. This explains multiple layers, heavy coats, playing with their conventions.
