Evarae is a new luxury Resortwear brand launching Spring Summer 2017. It’s the brainchild of founder and creative director Georgia Thompson, a fashion professional with over ten years’ experience working in the industry.

Evarae is inspired by Georgia’s childhood spent by the sea travelling with her parents to exotic places searching for inspiration for the family's yacht design business. Evarae is the name of the boat Georgia spent many summers on as a child falling in love with travelling and being in the water.

Georgia studied womenswear at Central Saint Martins, perfecting design and cut. She went on to hone her skills further and acquire industry knowledge working for many established brands.

Evarae SS17 responds to a need for modern and beautifully constructed swimwear with a functional core and great emphasis on how each piece fits the body. The collection pushes boundaries by quilting on top of swimwear, using metal work to create interesting lines on the body, using 100% silk mixed with traditional hand embroideries and delicate cut work on top of digital prints. One of Evarae's trademark is the strong emphasis on day to evening resort wear, such bikini tops that can be worn with flowing palazzo pants straight off the beach and into the evening.
