Emer Roberts Design is a multi award winning Dublin based artist studio with a uniquely sculptural brand. With a range of original designs, Emer’s varied styles showcase her design-led approach as a contemporary designer. An edgy and elegant luxury fine jewellery brand, Emer’s architectural designs reflect a streamlined and classic style with contemporary, sculptural appeal. In contrast, her unusual and divergent Wearable Biology Jewellery is heavily influenced by the mold-making process and by her background as an artist and sculptor. With a Masters Degree in Fine Art (Sculpture), Emer’s aesthetic evolved with her exploration of our fellow mammal - the Rat. Her Wearable Biology wearable art collections focus upon the tail, the lower jaw and the (forthcoming 2020) snout of this mammal species, to bring in the year of the (METAL) rat. Working from her own moulds and cast straight from the anatomy of this species, Emer’s technical experience allows her free rein in her design process, resulting in interesting and elegant jewellery.
