Initially looking at the 1992 film 'Death Becomes Her', the idea of eternal youth and protected beauty became the starting point for this project. Inspired by the extreme dressing of the New York 1980s Drag Balls and 'Cynthia,' the World's first realistic mannequin.

'Pygmailion' shows how she came to life, from mannequin to woman, so can be seen the colours intensify with digital ombre prints. While textures develop from matte to gloss and Tiger patterns morph from print into crystal form alluding the empowerment of the woman. Tailored pieces sculpt around the body, enhancing and revealing with both padding and fluid lines. This is a collection of timeless pieces for women that do not age.
