DIPHYLLEIA

DIPHYLLEIA is a Ukrainian brand, established in 2015 by Olga Bilenchuk.
Olga completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in fashion design at Kingston
University in London, and also studied at Central Saint Martins course run
by David Kappo. Upon completing her degrees she set up her own label,
DIPHYLLEIA, in the summer of 2015.
Diphylleia, a Japanese flower that becomes transparent under water, and
white when dry was to symbolize her vision of deconstructing and reconstructing
fabrics, which is highly used by Japanese designers.
Her first collection SS’16 season was presented during the Ukrainian fashion
week in her multi-brand concept store, “SMLXL’ in Kiev
