Maja Modrijan, a sustainable designer and a craftswoman who deals with upcycling for over 15 years.
To some I am known as a person who always carries a wooden spoon and a mug in her bag, to others as the one who did her last shopping for clothes in 2001. Since then, I have been wearing either second-hand clothes or the ones I make myself out of discarded clothes and fabric.

In 2017 I steamed up Destilator, brand that pours inspiring ideas and practical solutions into society in order to make changes, big and small.
It is a non-profit organisation dedicated to sustainable ways of living, working and manufacturing.
Because I believe this is the most right and sensible thing to do.

I love researching, testing, inventing to find more suitable, sustainable, ethical solutions and products for our daily wants and needs. And I love to get dirty in the process.
Some projects are carried out in collaboration with different companies, organisations and individuals with whom we share our principles, character traits and/or the sense of humour.

Washable: hand wash at 30°C and dry naturally. The insole is not glued in and it can be washed separately.
Adjustable: wide feet or feet with a high bridge can use a thinner insole, which increases the space inside the shoe.

The shoes are suitable for non-rainy days. And nights.
