DESIREEKLEIN

Desiree Klein is a German designer who relocated from Berlin to LA in
2011. Her studies at the Gerrit Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam and her original passion for product design continues to inform her clothes in a way that is subtle and sophisticated. As well as designing clothes and accessories she has been instrumental in various other projects. She ran the NR.4 shop and gallery space in Berlin, the Gallery shop Paris Berlin with Louise Deschamp in L.A’ s little Armenia. She has collaborated with and styled such original musicians as Peaches, Feist, Kelela and many more. She makes timeless, detailed pieces, that are simple to wear, yet complex and smart in their structure and aesthetic. Balancing the practical and the Playful, the Garments are Produced Sustainably in Los Angeles.
