Founded in 2008 by South african born designer, Dennis Chuene -
formerly known as Vernac.
Dennis Chuene is a Berlin based brand, built to inspire creativity, further the industry and push the unique and timeless craft of One of One products, craftmanship, limited edition pieces and design.

By offering story telling through deep emotional connection to the clothes, I hope to establish purpose . Not creating for creation sake but to have a deep connection to the pieces.

Based on my philosophy to be intentional, inspirational purposefully and dedication to the craft, I don't compromise on detail, craft,quality or time. The products I make are personification of my emotions, memories, events as well as conversation.

Dennis Who

Collection Dennis Who is an exploration of self. Life, events and personal struggles that spills heavily into the pieces in a form of details. It is informed by the aspiration and inner turmoil to consistently change and improve. The black colour palette is based on personal style as well heavy depressing episodes. The colourful palette is a balance of happiness, growth expressed by olive green strings and optimism. The silhouettes are as a result of years of appreciation as well as obsession of the Japanese culture,cuts and craftsmanship.
