Recently graduated from University of Westminster, with a job accepted at A&F in Columbus Ohio. I'm originally from a Village in Somerset called Street, where i grew up working for my Dad who owns a leather garment supplying business called R&D Leather.

Working in a trade linked so closely with fashion gave me the opportunity to design from a very young age, and from the age of 16 my jacket designs were being massed produced and sold across England in places such as John Lewis and a leather retailer called 'Lakeland Leather'.

This gave me the want to study it at University, as i knew i could make a career from it and now i have my foot in the door with Abercrombie it's onwards and upwards hopefully.

My graduate collection was based on an accumulation of many things that had inspired me throughout my final year, which happened to create a line up of garments that i'd describe as a twist on modern sportswear. It's not practical sportswear, but has the aesthetic of sportswear garments, with the use of sweatshirting, bold colours and muscular panelling being the factors that contribute to the garments sporting aesthetic.

My initial inspiration was from alaskan tribes, there tribes wore very practical clothing to keep them warm, such as bear skins and big rugs, which gave me my top heavy silhouette. The warm practical clothing inspired me to introduce sheepskin into my collection. I also looked at the alaskan tribes native clothing, which had very bold distinct prints and colours, these colours contributed to my colour palette.

My other sources of inspiration came from the male muscular anatomy, japanese samurai clothing and Modern Warfare amour. These sources of inspiration have always been the foundations of my work and give me strong design ideas for panelling and structure in my garments.

This Collection is extremely warm when worn and is suited to a well built, athletic male, who has a keen sense of adventure and aura of confidence.
