Davide mazzaglia

I am Davide Placido Mazzaglia and I am 23 years old. I am attending a Fashion Design course at Harim Euromediterranea Academy of Catania, where I will graduate in 2019. I possess various skills such us in drawing, tailoring and modelling. I can use different graphic programs like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and 3D CAD (CLO) program. I love drawing manga and I possess an intermediate level of English. I am able to work in a team, manage stress well and deliver a quality performance.

My final collection has how one of the main focuses the knitwear sector with knitted knitwear and knit-stitch embroidery, trying to reinterpret this most classic of Made in Italy. I tried to desecrate knitwear - especially on a decorative level - with more or less bulky applications, coming from American cult movies or, precisely, from Japanese comics. This capsule has already been published (as well as briefly reviewed), from the vogue.it website. In July of this year I was also a finalist, always in the knitwear sector, at the CNA Fashion and Innovation Research contest, presenting two total-looks characterized by the use of recycled thread.
