A resent graduate from the university of the creative arts. this is my graduate collection that i would like to share. the idea behind this collection was creative pattern cutting semi circles as my main influence i also wanted to create and learn my own techniques to make jumpers with out knitting, so i hand wove and made patterns on a loom bored. creating big chunky jumpers.

the inspiration behind this collection came from the yupick tribe. i look closely at the wooden mask and male hunters dress, from their seal blubber anoraks to their ivory goggles and chunky fur coats. masks then became a motif for my jumpers as well as the shapes for creative pattern cutting. inspired by the hunters dress wear and head pieces i was able to create my own pair of wooden goggles and a wooden bag.
