Dana Bronfman

Dana Bronfman is a fine jewelry designer best known for her “quietly bold” modern style, which balances soft, sculptural structure with open space. Perhaps her most recognizable design elements are her convex and concave shapes, as well as the "oculus," which architecture defines as a circular opening in a space.

Dana began her career in the non-profit world and traveled every free chance she could. As she explored new corners of her country and the globe, she constantly found herself fascinated by the unique local jewelry. She collected pieces from each place and realized that the pieces came together to tell the story of her journey-- a story that was uniquely hers. The power of how small material possessions could hold so much meaning overcame her.

Dana BronfmanDana enrolled in the Revere Academy of Jewelry Arts in San Francisco, where she trained as a metalsmith, before apprenticing in Santa Fe and moving to Brooklyn in 2014 to begin creating her own eponymous collection. The process of creating continues to inspires the designer as much as the energy of her every day surroundings.

Dana works with master jewelers in New York City who execute her vision with exceptional craftsmanship.

Staying true to her philanthropic roots, Dana aims to give back with each piece, supporting environmental causes and design-based youth empowerment programs. Dana also strives to work as sustainably and ethically as possible when creating collections, utilizing reclaimed and fairmined 18 karat gold, post-consumer and reclaimed diamonds, and ethically-sourced gemstones wherever possible.

In 2017, Dana won the prestigious Rising Star Award from the Fashion Group International. Her work has been featured in magazines such as Vogue, Interview, Nylon, and Refinery 29, and has been spotted on Carrie Underwood, Laverne Cox, Ashley Graham, Lucy Hale, Marcia Gay Harden, and Spice Girl, Melanie B.
