Launched in 2019, DALB is a premium ready-to-wear clothing brand, based and manufactured in Bucharest. With a focus on elaborate design and a strong commitment to perfection in the manufacturing process, the label stands for timeless elegance and grace, celebrating femininity in a timeless manner.
Contemporary and effortless silhouettes are captured in delicate dresses and separates as well as elevated cocktail wear. Due to the timeless but playful design and the high self-imposed quality standards, each piece is an enrichment for every wardrobe and a first step towards sustainable slow-fashion.
The brand offers only limited-edition collections, eliminating the waste of mass production and excess and thus supporting the slow-fashion concept. Combining high-end fashion with sensible sustainability, DALB exclusively produces in Romania by employing the highest quality local craftsmanship, using refined, luxurious materials, some of which are archived or deadstock. By doing so, our customers can be assured they benefit from quality products while supporting responsible clothing manufacturing.

THE VISION
DALB’s designs stem from a long-time search to create a new definition of luxury – a luxury that is based on ethical choices and processes, is focused on the highest levels of design and craftmanship and that slows the fashion cycle.
In order to achieve this, we created a carefully crafted mix between artisanal and new technologies, paying particular attention to the details. Our aim is to obtain high-end designer pieces with an attractive price point, without the wholesale markups.
We only work with independent traditional tailors and local ateliers, in a socially responsible set up. We like it like that, as it allows us to know everyone involved in our production chain, to have a clear view on the process and to sow the DALB story into every detail.
The final product, be it a delicate dress or an elevated cocktail wear, becomes a true conversation starter. We are passionate about designs we can invest in now and wear forever and about versatile shapes that we find ourselves reaching for again and again.
