Puyu Liang is a talented designer whose journey began in ZaamGong, the southernmost city in China, and evolved through various cities until she completed her postgraduate studies in London. Inspired by her grandfather, she nurtured her love for art from a young age, drawing influence from Chinese painting and Manga. At the London College of Fashion, Puyu developed a deep understanding of the interplay between fashion and design, ultimately focusing on jewellery design. She further honed her skills at the Royal College of Art, where she sought to express her own identity through her jewellery creations. Just a year after graduating, her innovative work was recognized with a bronze award in the fashion jewellery design category at the prestigious Goldsmiths’ Craftmanship & Design Awards 2020. Her pieces have gained additional acclaim, being featured in notable publications such as Dazed Magazine and Fucking Magazine, and showcased in video styling for artists like YungKing Neco and Mysie.
