This A/W 17 collection was inspired by the name “GRANNY TAKES A TRIP”, but it is not about the shop in King Road, London, neither the album by The Purple Gang. The designer wants to tell a story about a 50’s granny and her 00’s darling girl took a trip for clothes shopping. During the whole journey, all the contradiction and disagreements of two generations have brought up in an amusing way. Granny wishes to dress up the girl and the girl certainly has her own thoughts of choosing styles.
