... we took our bag and travelled back. winds had changed and we were quite young when the wall came down in Germany in 1989. growing up in the East, in the former GDR, means something to a few of us. won't miss it, won't praise it. there is just a memory and feeling deep inside, nothing explainable. it was there following western German media 20 years ago, it's still there today watching the pictures and videos showing people dancing on the wall. the borderline case collection is a try of reflecting on past times and transfering it to our days.
