De Rastros Vestida.

De Rastros Vestida is my atemporal graduate collection for woman and my final veneration to human fragility.
The collection is inspired by the Japanese folklore tale "The Bamboo Cutter" and the wabi-sabi philosophy; while aesthetically, the technique and patterning from western classic tailoring contrasts with the shapes of traditional Japanese dressmaking and architecture, merging into dramatic and surreal silhouettes that tear from the realm of the worldly into the abstraction of the emotional.
