The inspiration from DCODE comes from the thought of the many different faces and places that come in and out of ones life, and what happens to those aspects in memory. The triangular forms, layers, zippers and plastic and nylon accents that run throughout the fun, colorful and often enigmatic outfits are inspired by the constant construction and deconstruction that occurs in the memory. Several of the pieces can be worn in different ways, which speaks for the ever-changing faces that pass through ones life and memory. DCODE is an eccentric collection - light, playful, and complex.
