My collection was inspired by the beautiful music of Italian composer Ludovico Einaudi. Beeing interested in music I wanted to create in my collection my own world of piano melody filled with magic, dreams and feelings. Focusing on piano sound, investigating its movement, dynamics and rhythms I created different pleated textiles. The pleated surface has different tension, like music. 3D shapes of sound in Ludovico Einaudi music became the main inspiration for my designs.
