I was inspired by the idea that clothing does not have to be about menswear or womenswear, it is about what ‘YOU WEAR’, whatever it is, however you choose to wear it. Questions of appropriateness and multidimensionality informed my design direction as well. In my view, each person, like each garment is made up of many different pieces some refined, most rough and frayed – but, all collected and stuck together to create a beautifully complex whole.
