Clothing and fears.

Clothing and fears.

In the graduate collection of LCF MA17, I wanted to reflect the feeling of isolation from society, ego and relationships that anyone would have felt in a lifetime. As an expression of discontinuity, I referred a coffin as an inspo and used black palette to create a very dark mood. All garments were constructed and developed by the ideas of imaginary coffins being built around the body. First inspo, the Coffin, came to me when I was lying on my bed in my room thinking about life alone. Then, I felt like my room was a big coffin which was to me a divider between my body and the world.
