Studio Winkler’s current collection is an exploration of spatial abstractions applied to the female form. Graphic Garçonne cuts with subtly odd interventions paired with a feverish colour palette lend a slight eccentricity to otherwise unadorned looks. Inspired by the paintings of Mark Bradley-Shoup, Winkler’s 2018 collection takes his theme of expansion and recession further by means of explorations in volume, shape and texture.
