Stimulated by the masterpiece of interior design "The Peacock Room” by James Whistler, LAVIATE created Fall | Winter 2021 collection. The collection was inspired by the greatest survivor of Aesthetic movement and the Anglo-Japanese style. An interpretation of this 1851 reference is portrayed through volumes, flower motives, shapes and patterns deriving from Japanese porcelains, ceramics and kimono coats, coupled with elements of the British culture presented through tartan fine wools, leather and tailoring details applied to long waisted jackets and gabardines.
