'Philautia' is an allegory of the 'Seven Deadly Sins' from the Christian faith. Each look in this collection represents one of these seven deadly sins, with the eighth and final outfit symbolising love. These works draw attention to societal issues, including the problems of overconsumption and human hubris. The collection places a strong focus on sustainability, which is evident through experimental fabric manipulation, innovative upcycling, and forward-thinking pattern development.
