Est Essentia is inspired by Louise BOURGEOIS painting series "MAISON FEMME" were the woman is represented through the structure of houses, heavily influenced by the idea back in the 70´s that female gender was intrinsically associated the the housewife role. The concept chosen for this collection is the essence of women with the statement "I'M NOT WHAT I DO, I AM WHAT I AM" This is interpreted in our garments and in their little transformations, same as the transformations women have throughout the day showing our essence more and more as human beings.
