In March 2016, Mexico is declared in a human rights crisis by the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (CIDH), with special emphasis on the problem of forced disappearance, taking as a reference the Ayotzinapan case where 43 students from the Escuela Normal Rural Raúl Isidro Burgos were disappeared by the State when they were on their way to the com- memoration of the Tlatelolco massacre in Mexico City.
