ALASKA is inspired by the sophisticate, decadent and dreamlike atmosphere of Jim Jarmush’s movie Only Lovers Left Alive. Only who is able to love literally forever will survive, only who respects her world and its art. The palette is taken from the static condition of nature along Alaskan winter, while the unusual shapes make Ombradifoglia’s women unique and unconventional.
