As funding for defence and spying organisations increases globally, separate divisions of the police force have been created to deal with instances of terror and national security. This project speculates the creation of a Government Communication Enforcement unit within the UK dealing with instances of national security and economic well-being. The project considers what such an organisation might look like and how it might function.
