I designed this camp cap because I wanted to offer a versatile accessory that would make wearing a face covering less of an unpleasant obligation. In any case, the cap has other functions, so it will not lose its appeal and usefulness once the pandemic is over. It is, above all, a summer cap. It is designed to protect the head and shoulders during hot weather. My favourite way of arranging it is by draping the scarf over the visor – which is a homage to African head ties.
