Growing up Africa( Uganda) with over 20 siblings, over 30 aunts and uncles and numerous cousins can be challenging. One of the challenges faced is defining oneself, and the struggles that come with that. Knowing this aspect, I wanted to examine these challenges through fashion, expressing my locality in a modern way, while portraying the person I have become, out of the many characters who by default I have had to deal with.
With this collection, 1 of > 21, I share my perspective on life that has been influenced by my upbringing.
